My name is Joep Aben and I study 'Design for Virtual Theatre and Games' at Utrecht School of the Arts.
When making games I always try to challenge myself to come up with new game experiences, bending the rules of gameplay if necessary.
My goal: making games that will be remembered years after they have been played.
I love retro and independent games and think a lot of those games have a charm you don't see often enough in todays' (commercial) games.
